So, I'm alive. Not a lot of comments, not a lot of anything on my part really.
I've been very very stressed out lately and I try not to show it. Ah well, I'll try and be more active with uploading drawings and the like, the operative term being TRY. I'll do what I can, folks. And hopefully it shows that my drawing style has improved, because that is what I am aiming for.

-collective gasp- I am not dead! School has certainly gotten the better of me though, and I don't have as much time as I used to for drawing short of doodling on homework assignments. I hope you all are well, and I'm terribly sorry for not commenting on journals and art and such, but I have viewed every one of them.

Life has been... Interesting. Mostly the current (major) events that have been going on are involving my leopard geckos. It may be strange to others that I love my little lizard companions so much, but I do! They are some of my best friends and I love them, the fat lazy blobs as they are.

Except... One of them is not so fat and lazy anymore...

You see, for those of you who don't know about leopard geckos, they store all their fat in their tails, so their tails are thick if they are healthy. I have a little baby albino leo that I recently acquired who was right as rain when I first bought her. She was a little sensitive to light because she was an albino, but that was to be expected. Over the course of time though, Diana (the gecko) has been growing skinnier and skinnier and not eating... It worries me and kills me inside to know there is little I can do about this except provide her with food and drink.

I mixed a slurry of mealworms, silkworm pupae, waxworms, phoenix worms, and gecko feed and use an eyedropper to put a dot of the liquid on her nose, trying to get her appetite back... But it doesn't work. Leopard geckos, you see, are very hygienic - they even choose one spot in their tank as their toilet! So when you drop something onto their nose, they usually lick it off, but she won't even lick the slurry off of her nose anymore, which means she has ZERO appetite.

I did feed her some tiny phoenix worms (placed them in a bitty bowl) for her today and they were gone when I returned from a friend's house... I assume she ate them, which gives me a bit of hope for her survival.

I'm certainly praying for her though. I hope she pulls through, I love her dearly.

I apologise, but I am taking a break from my requests. I'm very busy and not feeling so great, so I'm going to go on a bit of a hiatus from them. This does NOT mean I will stop posting art, on the contrary. I will definitely continue. I just need a little time for myself, you know? I'm having a real downer.

I will still keep my to-do list up though.
